The Best of Black Eats Week event will be held on Sunday, June 28th from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM at The Gala Event Center, 1801 Bush River Road. Restaurants, food trucks, caterers, and bakeries are all encouraged to participate and compete for the BEST OF in respective categories (including Best macaroni & cheese, fried chicken, oxtails, fried fish, nonalcoholic beverage, alcoholic beverage, and more.) Votes will be amongst attendees of the event. You must be willing to give samples of the products in the categories that you wish to compete. You are encouraged to sell your food items at your discretion. You must a licensed business in the state of South Carolina with a City of Columbia business license.
